Initiative and Entrepreneurship

SMART Goal:

By June 1, 2018, I will develop my initiative by taking leadership in various group projects over the next year.

Progress/Plan:

Many groups that I have been in typically put off projects until the last minute, and few people take leadership roles. While I am comfortable with this sort of work style, future coworkers and group members may dislike this, and I should try to accommodate them by assigning work early on so that members can tackle projects at their own pace.
